Yilan’s great agricultural products and beauty comes from the purity of the local water quality. It has been said that Sodium bicarbonate springs have a clear color and are odorless and are the best among the other hot springs. When reaching the surface, the temperature is about 62°C with a pH value of about 7. This type of spring is rich in minerals such as sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and carbonate ions.
When you bathe in it, your whole body seems to be drenched in precious natural cosmetic water. It helps to moisturize, whiten, and is beneficial to the skin. And after washing it off your skin stays smooth and soft and won’t be greasy at all. For attendees traveling from Taipei, Take the National freeway No. 5 and head south, exit via 47-Luodong, and turn right into Sec 2 Chuanyi Rd., turn left when you hit Zhandong Road. The parking lot will be right across the hotel entrance
Attendees taking the “Taiwan Railway” may get off at the Luodong Station.
Attendees taking the “Kamalan Bus”, “Capital Bus”, “United Highway Bus”, “Kuo-Kuang Bus” may get off at Luo Dong Transfer Station.
After exiting Luodong Station / Luo Dong Transfer Station just walk south along the Zhandong Rd., the convention hotel is located 600m away from the two stations which is approximately 8 min walking distance.

3. All rooms are equipped with two types of bath, bath sets, balcony, mini-bar (free drinks), and Yilan’s special welcome snacks (Subject to actual provisioning situation)
4. Residents are free to use the outdoor swimming pool, children’s playground, indoor gym, Onsen, Public Onsen (requires swimming suits & cap)…etc.
Note: RELAX CUNCYUE Spa treatments require additional charge.
5. The entire hotel is in compliance with the government’s smoking ban. To protect your health and the air quality, please do not smoke in the guest rooms; Violators will be charged for a cleaning fee of NT$ 10,000 or more at the time of check out.
6. The hotel room reservation for this event is a special arrangement made directly with the hotel and cannot provide invoices. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
7. Due to limited availability, please contact the hotel reservation before check-in to make arrangements for baby amenities such as cribs, bed rails, bathtubs, sterilizers & etc.
8. The hotel has a dedicated room for pets. To maintain the accommodation quality of other guests, all pets are not allowed to enter the guest room. (Guide dogs are exceptional)
9. Free parking is provided during the stay.
10. Payment is only limited to credit/debit cards.
11. The first stage of hotel booking starts from 13:30, Apr 29th (Mon), and the second stage will start from 13:30, May 6th.
12. The first stage of the booking will only be available for booking for 3 nights consecutively, (check-in on July 12th (Fri), and check-out on July 15th (Mon)). The second stage of the booking will not have any limitations. There will not be a second stage of booking if it is full during the first stage.
13. If you wish to add 1 person to the room, please contact the hotel via email after the booking is successful. The extra fee will be charged on the day of check-in.
14. Maximum of 1 person may be added per room per night with an additional charge:
• Adult: NT$1760 (12yrs old and above are considered adults.)
• Children aged from 7~11: NT$880
• Children aged 6 and under: free of charge
• For additional persons in hotel rooms, only breakfast and amenities are provided; no extra bed service is available.
15. If you wish to cancel the reservation, please contact the hotel before 23:59, May 16th (Thu), the hotel will refund the reservation amount after confirmation. (Please note that credit/debit card refund will take approximately 21~28 working days.)
16. Hotel cancellation will not be available after 00:00 on May 17th.
17. Participants who booked their hotel room in the first stage will not be able to change the number of nights. If you wish to change it you will have to cancel the whole order and make a new booking using the booking system.

19. Participants will receive FurMIT 2024 commemorative room cards according to the number of guests when booking the room. (You may take it after you check out)
20. Every participant may only book ONE room, do not over-book.
21. If there’s a large amount of room resale happening, all rooms booked by those participants will be canceled, and will not be accepting further bookings from them once it is confirmed.
22. All bookings will only be available through the hotel’s online booking system, other methods (eg. telephone) will not be available.
23. For hotel booking, the full amount will be charged directly by the hotel.
