Dealer's Room registration process
  1. Registration is available from now until 23:59(GMT+8) on May 26th(Sun), the registration will end early if all the booth slots are taken.
  2. After applying for a booth, the FurMIT team will contact you directly through email to confirm your information and to send you the relevant instructions. Please fill in the required information accordingly and reply to complete the booth registration.
  3. There will be no restrictions on the types of products sold at MIT Mall. Booth owners can sell goods in their booth or offer on-site art commissions with no limitations on forms.

Notice
  1. Booth owners and assistants must be participants of the Taiwan Golden Furry Film Festival FurMIT 2024. Non-participants cannot own/set up a booth.
  2. The booth fee is NTD 100 / booth, and the booth size is 90cm x 45cm (Half of a table).
  3. Each booth owner may apply for a maximum of two booths (One full table).
  4. Booth owners must comply with the display requirements for the restricted contents (e.g. samples), they must be clearly labeled and covered up. In addition, booth owners must check the buyer’s ID when selling restricted items, and should not sell it to minors. Violators will bear legal responsibility.
  5. Pirated and non-copyrighted goods are not allowed to be sold, any goods that infringe on the rights of others and/or violate the relevant laws or regulations are prohibited. If such items are found (either by officials or reporting by other participants) and not corrected after warnings, the officials have the right to disqualify and/or close down the booth, as well as pursue legal action.
  6. Selling food/beverages produced on site is prohibited (only pre-packed food/beverages are allowed). If selling alcohol, please comply with The Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act.
  7. One assistant is allowed to enter and set up the booth in addition to the booth owner. If two booths are applied then two assistants are allowed. Assistants cannot enter the MIT Mall area alone during the setup.
  8. In the event where booths are crowded, the booth owners are responsible for assisting with forming and managing a waiting line.
  9. Booth owners who finished the registration but wish to edit their booth information, please contact furmit.help@gmail.com via email.
  10. Due to space constraints, the Organizer may conduct a booth review or close the applications as appropriate. The result of the booth application will be based on the official announcements and email notifications.
  11. The organizers reserve the right to assess the situation and reserve the right to change the rules regardless of any circumstance.
