Pre-Event Reminder

[Badge and Souvenir Pickup]
Date and Time: 7/12 (Fri) 15:30-22:00
Pre-registered participants can pick up their badges and souvenirs. Please present your ID for verification by staff. (Please provide your participation number for the staff to check).
Note: For pickup times on Saturday and Sunday, please refer to the event schedule.

[On-site Registration]
On-site registration and payment for badges will be available on 7/12 (Fri) from 17:30-22:00 and 7/13 (Sat) from 08:30 onwards. Please remember to bring your ID.
Fees: One-day pass is 800 TWD, two-day pass is 1600 TWD.
Note: Charity raffle tickets will be drawn during the closing ceremony on 7/14 (Sun). Participants registering for the one-day pass on 7/13 (Sat) will not be able to purchase raffle tickets.

[Hotel Check-in Information]
Check-in time: 15:00, Check-out time: 11:00.
The person who made the reservation can check in at the hotel front desk with their ID.
If the reserving person cannot arrive first, please inform the front desk of the “reserving person’s” name and phone number. You can check in after the reservation is confirmed.

Notes:
1.Additional charges will apply for extra guests, please pay extra fee during check-in.
2.Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 13:00. Participants are advised to manage their time to visit the restaurant.
If the restaurant is full, you might have to wait.
3.The number of room keys will be provided according to the number of guests in the reservation, with no extra keys available.
4.Commemorative room keys will not be reissued if lost.

[For Registered Participants Who Cannot Attend]
Participants who have registered but are unable to attend can have another attendee pick up their badge and souvenirs after 12:00 on 7/13 (Sat). The proxy must fill out a declaration form, and the picked-up badge cannot be used during the event.
If you cannot have someone pick up your items, we will send an email after the event to confirm shipping information and send the event souvenirs to the participants who could not attend. (Need to pay for the shipping costs)

[The Ming Kitchen Dinner Vouchers]
The Ming Kitchen Dinner Vouchers will be sold on-site during the event. Please see the instructions below for usage details.
Sale Times: 7/12 (Fri) 17:30-20:00, 7/13 (Sat) 11:00-20:00, 7/14 (Sun) 11:00-20:00
Sale Locations: 7/12 (Fri) at the entrance of The Ming Kitchen Buffet Restaurant on the 1st floor | 7/13 (Sat) and 7/14(Sun) at the official store on the 2nd floor
※ The hotel has added an extra dining date. In addition to the original dates, the Ming Kitchen Dinner Voucher can also be used on 7/14 (Sunday) from 17:30 to 21:00 (applicable to those who have already pre-purchased vouchers as well).

Notice
  1. On-site registration (one-day ticket) will also be available in the event venue in addition to the tiers mentioned above. The price is 800 NTD / person, which includes a single-day event pass, an event badge & a lanyard.
  2. Attendees will receive an email notification after completing the registration, please contact the MIT team if you haven’t. If you didn’t receive the letter and didn’t contact the team, we will not be responsible for any loss of information that may affect your eligibility to participate in the event.
  3. Once the registration for “The Legend” is complete, a staff member will confirm the follow up via the email you provided.
  4. Completing the registration is considered as agreeing to abide by the event regulations. If there’s a continuous violation of the rules despite being advised, the team has the right to remove you from the event and no refund will be made.
  5. Registration will be open from 22:00, April 21st (Sun) ~ 23:59, May 16th (Thu).
  6. If you wish to change your registration information please login to our FurMIT registration website before the registration deadline.
  7. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact the FurMIT team before the event. A 10% handling fee and 15 NTD bank transfer fee will be changed, the remaining balance will be refunded to the participant. (We will not accept any refund requests after 00:00, May 17th).
  8. Regardless of the circumstances, the FurMIT reserves the right to assess the situation and retain the authority to make changes to the rules.

  10. The following is the dining voucher usage instructions :
    1. When purchasing an add-on during registration, the first 1000 participants will receive a special price of NTD 699 for The Ming Kitchen dinner voucher.
    Each participant is limited to buy 4 vouchers only and will be changed back to the original price of NTD 1080 + 10% per person once the quota is full.
    2. Available for use on July 12th (Friday), July 13th (Saturday), and July 14th (Sunday) from 17:30 to 21:00.
    3. Once successfully purchasing the dining voucher(s), participants will be able to receive their dining voucher(s) at the registration desk when they pick up their badge.
    4. Present the physical dining voucher to the restaurant staff at The Ming Kitchen (located on the 1st floor of the hotel) during the specified times for admission. No additional fees are required.
    5. Seating at the restaurant is limited, so please arrange your dining time accordingly.
    6. Dining vouchers are not individually named and will not be reissued if lost.
    7. The cancellation policy is the same as the registration process.
